I am so happy to introduce a comprehensive web framework for Variants representation, annotation and prioritization in post-GWAS era.  The framework expressed satisfactory convenience and performance for post-GWAS analysis. Using a one-stop solution, users can quickly fetch very comprehensive annotation when they are browsing the GWAS result in highly interactive Circos-style graph or dynamic Manhattan panel. System can perform independent variant prioritization based on additive effect principle by combining the original statistical value and variant prioritization score.

个性化检测这个东西随着GWAS的发展越来越走向大众，在国外23andme和decodeme等公司漂亮的把个性化检测拉近普通人的生活。目前还没有发现国内有专业的个性化检测公司， 虽然基因检测的招牌在国内喊了很多年，但是国内基因检测市场的混乱实在让人不敢恭维。偶然发现了一个搞个性化检测人群调查的东西，感觉可以通过它来看看国内对这方面的市场需求。

The bioinformatics lab I engaged will release a comprehensive database about GWAS data to integrate genomic variants. Here is the plot about TOP 2 trait/disease associated SNPs in each published GWAS papers.

仙剑奇侠传5发售了，但是仍然不支持手柄。但是用JoyToKey可以比较完美的实现，以下操作步骤。主要针对的是普通的类似PS2, PS3的手柄，需要有摇杆。

1. 首先去JoyToKey官方网站下载最新版的软件，http://joytokey.webs.com/。 或者直接点击这里下载。

2. 先解压软件。

3. 连接手柄，测试连接。

4. 下载我的配置文件，点击这里。将这个配置文件拷贝到JoyToKey的根目录下。 打开JoyToKey程序应该可以看到左边列表中有一个Pal5。

5. 创建与游戏的映射，具体步骤： 点击菜单栏的->配置(Configration)->连接配置文件到程序(Associate config files with applications)->添加(Add)->输入游戏名字，路径(记住是你仙剑5安装路径下的Pal5.exe)->选择游戏对应的配置文件(Associated config file)Pal5->确定(OK)。

6. 进入游戏调试。
